Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items such as magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@ashworldstudios.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us and we will tell you where to send it.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
